anyone else find HMRC webchat worse than useless?

don't know about you guys and girls but I'd love to spend 10 minutes with the twunts at HMRC that design these awful systems. on webchat for 10 minutes,

HMRC PAYE Employers Helpline - not fit for purpose HMRC PAYE Employers Helpline - currently not fit for purpose I have been trying to speak to the PAYE Employers helpline for 2 weeks now, and even sometimes get to the point of giving the accounts office reference number and company address etc, as agent through the voice recognition servce.

The group’s remit includes looking at how services on HMRC’s Agent Dedicated Line (ADL) and webchat can be improved. As part of this work, I travelled to HMRC’s offices in Portsmouth to meet some of the team on the ADL and understand more about how it operates.
