Code sent to phone and able to log into My BT using original credentials. However, still get “verify identity” when selecting email option. Happy to ring BT if required. Re: BT Mail Desk top icon Assuming you are using a Windows computer. Drag the following link onto your computer's desk top. Once it's there right click on it then select "Rename" and name it BTMail or any other name you want. When you click on it the log on page will open. Email Login Page (bt.com)

When I login for my BT Mail, a dropdown menu appears listing my current address and password and many of my previous addresses and passwords that I no longer need. How can I delete the unwanted items?
